лобных отделов мозга коренным образом отличается от всех тех затруднений понимания текста, которые наблюдаются у больных с поражениями различных гностических зон мозговой коры.

Мы могли убедиться в том решающе важном факте, что локальные поражения мозга не вызывают общего, диффузного нарушения речевой деятельности, а затрагивают лишь различные входящие в ее состав элементы, что и приводит к дифференцированным формам речевых нарушений. Все эти факты убеждают в том, что данные нейропсихологии могут быть использованы для лучшего понимания строения нормальной речевой деятельности.

Речевая деятельность человека проходит сложный путь, состоящий из нескольких этапов: мотива или потребности что-то сказать; ' формирования общей мысли или первичной смысловой записи, подлежащей воплощению в речи; внутренней речи, предикативное строение которой позволяет перейти к развернутому речевому высказыванию с использованием фонематических, лексических и семантических кодов языка, к порождению речевого сообщения.

Наблюдения показали, что те нарушения, которые возникают при локальных поражениях мозга, очень неоднородны. При поражениях лобных отделов мозга или передних отделов речевой зоны нарушения проявляются в процессе порождения речевого сообщения и сказываются главным образом на процессе воплощения исходного замысла в развернутое высказывание. В этих случаях могут страдать либо мотивы высказывания, либо формирование общего замысла, либо перевод этого общего замысла (или исходной семантической записи) в схему последовательного речевого высказывания (что указывает на нарушение внутренней речи), либо, наконец, синтагматическое строение развернутого речевого высказывания.

Наоборот, поражение задних «гностических» отделов коры оставляет незатронутыми мотивы, исходную семантическую запись и предикативную структуру связной синтагматически построенной речи, которая характерна для речевого высказывания человека. В этих случаях страдает процесс овладения фонематическими, лексическими, семантическими или логико-грамматическими кодами языка, что и приводит к нарушениям речевого высказывания.

Процесс понимания речи, или декодирования, воспринимаемого речевого сообщения идет обратным путем. Он начинается с восприятия готового развернутого речевого высказывания. Локальные поражения задних отделов мозга могут приводить либо к распаду овладения фонематическим строением речи, либо к нарушению ее лексического состава, либо, наконец, к трудностям понимания тех сложных логико-грамматических структур, в основе которых лежит процесс превращения последовательно предъявляемой информации в симультанные схемы, требующие квазипространственной организации отношений элементов воспринимаемого высказывания.

При поражении передних отделов мозга, которые принимают непосредственное участие в формировании мотива, замысла высказывания, страдает понимание предикативной, синтагматически построенной речи, но может никак не измениться процесс овладения кодами языка - его фонематическим, лексическим, семантическим и логико-грамматическим

строем.

Все эти факты свидетельствуют о том, что отдельные системы коры головного мозга левого полушария, и прежде всего тех зон, которые принято называть речевыми зонами коры головного мозга, участвуют в обеспечении сложного-процесса речевой деятельности на различных ролях.

Нейропсихологические данные позволяют расчленить тот в норме единый и неделимый процесс, которым характеризуется строение речевого высказывания, и выделить составные элементы, лежащие в его основе. Эти данные имеют огромное значение как для анализа мозговой организации речевого процесса, так и для психологии. Они привели к созданию новой отрасли науки - нейролингвистики, от дальнейшего развития которой можно ожидать очень многого.

Несмотря на то что учение о речевых нарушениях, возникающих при локальных поражениях мозга - афазиях, возникло более ста лет назад, психолингвистический анализ этих нарушений остается еще незавершенным, и можно с уверенностью сказать, что пройдены лишь первые этапы этого сложнейшего пути.

Однако нет сомнений в том, что этот путь позволит в конечном итоге понять психологическое строение и мозговые механизмы тех сложнейших процессов речевой коммуникации, которые отличают человека от животного и которые являются ключом к анализу организации наиболее сложных форм сознательной деятельности.
